Excellent Performance
1. 6×19 Steel Wire Rope:
It has two structures: fibre core (FC) and wire strand core (WSC). The one with a wire strand core is more commonly referred to as 7×19 steel wire rope.
It is widely used in diameters ranging from 3mm to 16mm and applicable to various scenarios.
The 6×19 steel wire rope (including FC and WSC, i.e., 7×19) with diameters from 3mm to 6mm is highly flexible and often used in occasions where wire ropes run over pulleys.
The 7×19 structure steel wire rope is available in both galvanised and marine-grade stainless steel, with convenient supply.
2. 35×7 Wire Rope
It belongs to the multi-strand, rotation-resistant classification and is used as hoisting wire rope.
It has a 3-layer construction, is highly flexible, and suitable for use on many crane brands installed on board.
We can provide 35×7 wire ropes with different finishes and lubrications according to customers' requirements for higher breaking load or better wear characteristics.
3.Hemp Core Wire Ropes
They were used in high-speed elevators, enabling quick acceleration along with smooth operation and safety.It consists of 8 strands, with 19 wires per strand, all wrapped around a hemp core
4.Galvanized Steel Wire Rope
It has a layer of zinc on the surface, which helps prevent corrosion and rusting.
It is particularly suitable for use in wet places, as it can prevent dust from depositing in the inner steel.
The zinc coating undergoes a compression treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
Compared with stainless steel, it has higher breaking strength and a lower price, and is widely used in general engineering applications such as winches and security ropes.
